Processing Services

Overview

Our processing capabilities include oil roasting, dry roasting, seasoning, flavoring, dicing, re-cleaning, vacuum packing and nitrogen flushing. Emphasizing our one stop shopping, SunTree handles over 80 different nuts, seeds, and dried fruits. We are organic and kosher certified. As well as selling finished products (both bulk and retail pack) we also do custom processing and private label packaging.

All orders are custom processed to insure freshness and shelf life.

Types of packaging include:

• 25 Lb Bulk (vacuum packed and nitrogen flushed)
• 20 Lb disposable bulk display case
• 5 Lb repacked boxes (for industrial food service usage)
• Cello Packing (2 oz. to 2 Lbs) with preprinted bag or stick on label
• Resealable zipper bags (lay-down or stand-up, 8/12/16 oz.). Preprinted or stick on label. Foil or polypropylene.
• Tubs (12/16/24 oz.)
• PET Jars
• Gift packaging:
  • 23 oz. Wood crate with 3 bags of nuts
  • 3 Holiday gift tins (11/14/17 oz.)
